Jennifer Bauer

Combo & Adult Dance Instructor
Jenny Bauer has quite literally danced through her life so far, starting as soon as she learned how to walk. By the seventh grade, she was already teaching dance for several community organizations around her hometown of Elk River while taking class at studios around the Twin Cities including Stage Door, Stacy’s Dance Unlimited and Carol’s Dance Studio. After four years as captain and choreographer of her high school dance team, Jenny danced her way through college at Bemidji State University. Once again, she took on a leadership role in the organizing and choreography of her college dance team while also coaching the Bemidji High School Dance Team. Her experience working with children over the years led her to Madill where she helps kids grow and experience dance in a positive environment. Jenny began teaching at Madill in 2001 and has been a teacher on staff ever since. She continues to dance and train herself with a trip to Broadway Dance Center in New York and conventions in the Twin Cities that have included classes from So You Think You Can Dance choreographers. Jenny and her husband have two children and the whole family enjoys snowboarding, camping and traveling while operating a family business in downtown Duluth.
