Fall 2008 NEWSLETTER

COSTUMES

Costumes have been chosen for our spring recital.  There is a binder on the front desk with pictures and prices.  Your accounts have been charged the costume fee and as stated in previous newsletters and on the dance calendar, payment is due the first week of November.  We cannot order a costume for anyone who has not paid, this year, no exceptions.  Students who wish not to participate in the year end recital will need to inform their teachers this week in class. 

Note to families with monthly auto pay (either on the 1st and the 15th):  Your costume fees will be taken out on the 1st of the month unless we are informed in person, by phone or by email, before that time.  Students will be measured in class by Jenn Madill Hagen the week before we order costumes.  Costumes typically arrive in March and early April.

LATE FEES

Monthly tuition is due by the 1st of the month.  Families who are not on automatic payment and have missed a monthly payment for Oct. will be charged a $10 late fee to their account.  You can avoid late fees by setting up auto-pay or paying you bills online, on time.  If you are interested in finding out more about this feature call us at 628-2269 or 310-3889.

EMAIL ADDRESSES

The easiest way for us to inform you of upcoming events is our website and sending emails.  This will be the last time we send statements by mail for this year.  Statements will be sent after the 15th of the month by email to everyone who has a current email address with us.  So please if you can update that with the front desk that would be helpful. Also, it is the one piece of information we need to have in our system, for you to access your account online.  The easiest way to update, other than in person, is to send an email to contact@madilldance.com with your students name in the subject line.

PARADE REHEARSALS

The Christmas City of the North Parade will be Friday, November 21st; there are only 5 spots left, sign up at the front desk.  Rehearsals will be Saturday Nov. 8th & 15th from 10am-Noon.  You are required to attend at least one rehearsal, if you cannot attend both rehearsals, this year we will have a DVD of the choreography available for $5 at the first rehearsal. 

LAST CHANCE TO SIGN UP FOR DANCE CLASSES!

If you know anyone who is still interested in joining a class, now is the only time to do that. We will cut off enrollment for dance classes the middle of November.  Enrollment for Music lessons will

CLOTHING ORDER

We are ordering Warm-up Suits, bags, sweatpants and zip-up sweatshirts on Monday, Nov. 3rd.  This will be our only order before Christmas for these items.  All orders must be prepaid.
